FAQ

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We take Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

Q: Why do I get an error message when entering my credit card information?

A: Make sure that all your credit card information and your billing and shipping address match what is on file with your credit card company. Make sure the CID code is correct. The CID code is the last 3 digits on the back of your card or the 4 digit code on the front of your American Express card.

Q: I am unsure about my size, where can I find sizing information?

A: Please see our Fit Guide for general information on sizing. Measurements are approximate and are provided as a general guideline only. If an item runs big or small it should be noted in the itemʼs description. If you have any further questions regarding the size or fit of an item feel free to contact us using the link on the homepage.

Q: I need to change or cancel my order. How can I do that?

A: Once you have placed an order we are unable to make any changes or cancel it. Please make sure to double check that your order is correct before clicking the submit button.

Q: I just placed my order. Can I add another item to it?

A: Unfortunately we are unable to add items to an existing order. You can however place a new order for the item and we will try our best to ship the orders together. Note that this is only possible when the orders are placed within a few minutes of each other and may affect the shipping rate.

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Most orders will ship within 2 business days of purchase. Orders will not be shipped on the weekends or holidays.

Q: When will my order arrive?

A: All orders are shipped via USPS. Standard Shipping will ship using USPS Priority or First Class and most orders will arrive within 3 business days after leaving our warehouse. Express Shipping will ship using USPS Express and may take up to two business days to arrive after leaving our warehouse. We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders of $100.00 or more.

Q: Where is my order confirmation?

A: As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you should receive an email confirmation to the email address associated with your account. If you did not receive an email confirmation, check your spam or junk folder.

Q: Why was my order cancelled?

A: In the rare case that your item suddenly became out of stock or accidentally damaged by our warehouse staff before shipment, you will be contacted via email within 2 business days. All other items in your order will be shipped and the unavailable item will be removed from your order and will not be charged to the order.

Q: Can I return or exchange items that were marked on "sale?"

A: All final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. For more detailed information visit our Return & Exchange Policy.

Q: Can I return or exchange online purchases at the store location?

A: Yes, you may physically return any items purchased through the website to our Clifton, NJ location. However, your refund will not be processed immediately and may take up to 5 days. You can also return or exchange online purchases by shipping them the return address using any carrier service you choose.

Q: How long before my return is processed and my refund is credited back to my method of payment?

A: Once we have received your package, your credit will be processed within 5 days. You will receive an email confirmation with the amount of your refund for that transaction. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
